The experience
A bright gem, secluded and cozy, sitting on a large bed of lush tropical greenery.
From the entrance a clear pathway accentuated by the greenery guides it’s visitors gently to the impressively large wooden door. With a modern and open design, the ground floor is neat and allows an abundance of natural light with all necessary comfort required. Cozy salon, smart designed functional kitchen with its island, a dining area and a covered lounge overlooking pool, terrace and the garden.
The large property enjoys a secluded setting right next to Angkor Golf, providing an extra edge and ensures a serene and calm environment.
Dining room & lounge
The large kitchen island provides additional space to enjoy an aperitif or dining. It has a coffee bar and fridge and is easily accessible from each of the guest rooms.
Living Room
There’s a large Smart TV to watch from the cosy salon and ample space to enjoy good company or a book from the library. There as well board games and kids toys.
Garden
The house aptly named after the beautiful solid Banyan Tree that sits royally visible as a gem on a crown. It’s many grass fields allow for kids to roam around and enjoy a game with a ball.
The large saltwater pool is a focal point in the design. It is attended to every other weekday for cleaning and to measure the quality of the water.
Bedrooms
The rooms in the middle, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, share a Jack&Jill bathroom. That’s easily accessible and has a sink dedicated for each of the bedrooms it connects with.
The remaining room is a double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. Every room allows royal views over the garden, looking out at the greenery that surrounds the neighboring Angkor golf course.
From the bright corridor, overlooking the majestic Banyan Tree and its surrounding green, we also have access to the rooftop terrace from where the beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed.

Personal Host and Villa Manager
Rose Apple’s group experienced and knowledgeable host and manager is responsible for the communication of the operation in the villa.
They will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping & Butlers
Banyan House includes housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply assist where possible.
A butler is on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the mornings.
Chef
Besides your included breakfast, Rose Apple Concierge team has menus available for lunch, dinner and bbq.
And a chef can be hired for larger parties and events.
